Supporting Human Trafficking Survivors with Disabilities
A workshop designed for legal, health care, and social service providers, educators, and those who work to stop human trafficking.
Facilitated by Alice Chiu from Asian Women's Shelter. Alice Chiu is a long time anti-violence activist in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has been involved with Asian Women's Shelter since 1999. Her roles include language advocate and case manager/advocate for both domestic violence and human trafficking survivors. She has also been active in raising awareness on disability and the importance of access to resources and support for survivors with disabilities.
